Botanical Hedgehog Meadowscape

This one-of-a-kind botanical artwork is created entirely from flowers grown here at Home Farm Flowers, then pressed and dried at the optimum moment using traditional methods to preserve their colour, shape and character. Built as a 3D mixed piece (a blend of pressed and dried flowers), it’s designed to be enjoyed up close, where you can spot the tiny details in every petal, stem and seedhead.

Set against a vintage music manuscript background, this piece brings together a warm, uplifting mix of meadow flowers and soft grasses – featuring scabious, calendula, buttercup, geum, didiscus, bunny tail, erigeron, tufted grass, strawflower and salvia. A delicate butterfly detail adds a sense of movement, and nestled at the bottom is a charming hedgehog – a little tribute to the wildlife we share our farm with.

In support of local hedgehog care and rescue, 10% of proceeds from this artwork will be donated to Hogwatch Dumbarton.
